WARRANTY & RETURN POLICY

1. Warranty Coverage

At MIZURI LEATHER, every piece is handcrafted from premium full-grain leather and inspected with care before shipping.
We stand behind our craftsmanship with a 1-year limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal conditions of use.

This warranty applies only when the product is used for its intended purpose and within reasonable limits.
Please avoid overstuffing wallets or applying unnecessary pressure on stitched areas, as these may cause stretching or stress not covered under warranty.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Regular wear and tear or natural patina development,

  • Accidental damage, misuse, or exposure to moisture,

  • Alterations or repairs performed by third parties.

To initiate a warranty claim, contact info@mizurileather.com with your order number, detailed description, and photos of the issue.
After evaluation, we’ll offer a repair, replacement, or store credit at our discretion.


2. Return Eligibility

We want you to love your purchase.
If you’re not fully satisfied, eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition,

  • In their original packaging with all tags intact,

  • Not customized, engraved, or on final sale,

  • Purchased directly from mizurileather.com.

Returns submitted outside this window or without prior authorization may not be accepted.


3. Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items

For hygiene and personalization reasons, certain items cannot be returned or refunded.
These include:

  • Personalized or engraved products,

  • Gift cards or store credits,

  • Final sale or clearance items,

  • Discounted items purchased during special promotions.


4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery at info@mizurileather.com,
including photos of the product and packaging.
We’ll review the issue and arrange a replacement, repair, or refund as quickly as possible.

Note: Slight color variations, natural grain patterns, or small marks are unique to genuine leather and are not considered defects.


5. Exchanges

We offer easy exchanges for products of equal or similar value within the U.S.
Simply contact info@mizurileather.com to request an exchange.
Once approved, you’ll receive instructions and a prepaid label (if eligible).
The original item must be returned before the exchange is processed.
Any price differences will be refunded or charged accordingly.


6. Refund Process

Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.
You’ll be notified via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days, though your bank may take additional time to post the transaction.


7. Return Shipping

For U.S. orders, we provide free return shipping within 30 days.
For international customers, return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the product is defective or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.


8. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before they ship by contacting info@mizurileather.com.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible, and our standard return policy will apply.
